While the majority of shipments are delayed less than a week, shipments can be delayed anywhere from 1 week – 2 months due to COVID – 19.
In the event your order is delayed more than a week, we will get in touch with you to update you on a new arrival date. We may be able to find a similar product that is in stock that we can get to you sooner.
The manufacturers we work with are doing the best they can to keep inventory in stock, however the shipping and manufacturing industries are under heavy stress.
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on nearly all products we offer.
Standard shipping is “back of truck” delivery for all items over 150 lbs. While most drivers will help move your item to the ground, it is technically your responsibility to move the item from the back of the delivery truck.
You can also purchase “lift gate” delivery to guarantee that the driver will bring your product to ground level with a lift gate.
Our free shipping to the lower 48 states typically take less than 1 week once shipped.
Depending on the warehouse location, item availability and the LTL carrier that we use for the shipment, some items may be delayed. We will make every effort to contact you when this happens and will be flexible with order cancellations.
We only ship to the lower 48 US states. Orders out of the country or to HI/AK will not be fulfilled.
Orders outside of the lower 48 states will be refunded, minus a 3% payment processing fee.
The majority of our customers who use our free “back of truck” delivery have no problems.
However, we do recommend that deliveries to residential addresses purchase the optional lift gate delivery to assure their item is moved down to ground level. This is especially important with items over 1,000 lbs.
If you have a commercial address with a loading dock, our free standard shipping is perfect.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries need to be to a residential or commercial address.
Once your order is completed online you will receive an email verification of your order and payment.
Once your orders ship, you will be sent another email with a tracking code for your shipment.
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically ship 1-3 days after that.
On occasions, items will be temporarily back ordered or out of stock and still available for purchase. When this happens we will contact you to ask you if you are okay with a delay in delivery or if you would like a refund on your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to AK or HI at this time.
