Shipping

YES, Shipping is really free.

Does this mean we charge more for products? NO. It just means we make a little less. We mark all of our equipment at the manufacturers minimum advertised price.

The only exception to this is we mark some small accessories up $10 – $25 so that we don’t lose money on them.

Once your order is completed online you will receive an email verification of your order and payment.

Once your orders ship, I will send you another email with a tracking code for your shipment.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped 1-3 days after that.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to AK or HI at this time.

If you have an order that you would like fulfilled to AK or HI, please contact us and we will try to put you in touch with a distributor that is able to serve you.

Products

All brands sold on USA Supply Spot are reputable, US based companies that have proven success in creating high quality woodworking products that last.

All products sold by USA Supply Spot are genuine brand name items, developed and manufactured by US based corporations.

The majority of the products sold on USA Supply Spot have warranties on them offered by the manufacturer.

Product warranties are referenced in the product description.

Returns

The majority of the brands we work with allow returns on their products. All of them allow refunds on defective products.

Read the refund and return policy in the product description for the product(s) you are looking to purchase.

Some manufacturers will charge a restocking fee for items returned without cause. This fee is typically $100 or 5% of the purchase price.

We allow for order cancellations with a 3% payment processor fee up to 3 days before the product ships.
