Our promise to our customers is complete transparency. This means transparency on what we charge, what shipping costs and what delivery times they can expect. We promise to only sell products from companies that we would like to purchase from. We get inquiries from several manufacturers that ask us to sell their products, however, unless this product is of the highest quality and made by a reputable US company, we will decline the partnership.
You can feel free to contact us at any time, either before your purchase from us and are looking for more information, or once you are one of our existing customers. We strive to make personal relationships with our customers in the very impersonal industry of Ecommerce. The best way to get in touch with us is by emailing Mark at firstname.lastname@example.org. Mark is a leather and wood craftsman, web designer and digital marketer. When he isn’t working with Ecommerce brands or wood and leather projects, you can find Mark on the beaches of Southern California or in the foothills with his trusty dog Heisman.
We realize that many of our customers are not for profit companies, but instead are public schools such as high school wood shops, home building charities such as Homes For Heroes, Habitat For Humanity, Homes For Our Troops and more. We enjoy working with these customers and look for ways to help them in any way possible. We offer 5% off our lowest advertised price on ALL products that we sell. In addition, we are willing to offer some of our larger products at cost in exchange for a mention on the foundations website, in their circular newsletter or at the job site. Our hope is that in giving back to these charitable organizations, we will also be able to expand our business by the increased exposure.
We value our relationships with our suppliers and marketing partners just like we value our customers. If you are a manufacturer, distributor or third party logistics company that works in the wood and metalworking equipment industry, we welcome you to reach out about potential partnerships.
We only work with reputable, US based manufacturers and suppliers that stand behind their products, have the ability to fulfill orders within 5 business days and are willing to reimburse customers in the event that they ship a defective item.
